Can I send and receive fax documents?

Yes. The best way to send and receive fax documents using aSkytel system is with a Skytel fax-to-email account. Any fax you get will be sent to your email. You can also purchase a VoIP analog terminal adaptor (ATA) to use with a physical fax machine, however no VoIP service, including Skytel Office, works very well with an old-style fax machine. This may work for you if you have very light fax traffic. If you want to do a lot of faxing, and you want to use your own fax machine, you should consider getting a dedicated fax land line.
